We are happy to assist you in setting up support to your (closed/ open-end) fund and to help you with financial reporting and corporate secretarial services (capital calls, investor reporting etc).
Legal compliance services
We help you anticipate to the challenging financial climate and to align the support in the Netherlands to your back and mid office support. In order to be and remain compliant to all rules and regulations we assist you with day to day legal support and for more complex matters we are happy to coordinate the support of specialist councils.
Tax compliance services
Depending on the activities of you Dutch company you will be dealing with an array of fiscal requirements (Corporate Income Tax, Value Added Tax, Wage tax). We are there to help you with this and to guide you to the right specialist in this field.
Relocation services
In case your business want to outsource its own employees to the Netherlands (either for reporting purposes or for commercial purposes). ZENIA assists in the process of getting the right registrations and licenses for such employees to physically work in the Netherlands. Once the registrations are complete we can also set-up the payroll administration for your employee(s)
Payrolling services
For your employees we coordinate preparation of income statements, wage tax filings and operate all other HR back office functions.
Liquidation and unwinding services
Should you decide (at a later stage) to terminate your activities in the Netherlands, we are happy to help you in the unwinding process by making sure all obligatory statutory reporting is done the company is properly and diligently liquidated.
